Accessibility statement for Storefront

We are introducing a new Accessibility Statement feature to help marketplace partners meet legal accessibility requirements across different regions, including the EU. With this feature, you can add a permanent link to an Accessibility Statement in the footer of your Storefront page. You can either use the default statement hosted at /accessibility-statement or create a custom version using the Storefront Builder.

The default statement uses the Marketplace name and contact email, and it also supports localization. Marketplace admins can also configure the displayed business name to use the legal name and set a specific accessibility contact email via marketplace settings.
